UX Designer - research and testing (Jacksonville, FL)

Bluepeak Rook Markets is a Jacksonville retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
