UX Designer - research and testing (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Ivory Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 748 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in card disputes. • Experience running usability tests.
