UX Designer - research and testing (Indianapolis, IN)

Westbrook Lantern Learning Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
