UX Designer - research and testing (Indianapolis, IN)

Summit Union Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Indianapolis. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in electronic records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
