UX Designer - research and testing (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Willow Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Honolulu, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around customer complaints that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in customer complaints. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
