UX Designer - research and testing (Hartford, CT)

Redstone Sable Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Hartford producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in batch records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
