UX Designer - research and testing (Grand Rapids, MI)

Greenridge River Markets is a Grand Rapids retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in shrink and waste. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
