UX Designer - research and testing (Fresno, CA)

Rivermark Field Medical is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Design for tasks around complaint handling that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
