UX Designer - research and testing (Fresno, CA)

Clearpath River Markets serves neighbourhoods around Fresno with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in promotions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
