UX Designer - research and testing (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Rook Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around pricing that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in pricing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
