UX Designer - research and testing (Fort Worth, TX)

Fernwood Pine Markets Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 372 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in supplier deliveries. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
