UX Designer - research and testing (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Glen Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Fort Worth, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
