UX Designer - research and testing (Fort Worth, TX)

Northwind Bright Medical is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around complaint handling that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in complaint handling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
