UX Designer - research and testing (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Pike Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
