UX Designer - research and testing (El Paso, TX)

Highbridge Fern Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around branch operations that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in branch operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
