UX Designer - research and testing (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Fernwood North Early Learning Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a large organisation of about 774 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
