UX Designer - research and testing (Des Moines, IA)

Harborlight Granite Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
