UX Designer - research and testing (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Wilder Pharma and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in release testing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
