UX Designer - research and testing (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Sable Markets serves neighbourhoods around Columbus with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
