UX Designer - research and testing (Columbus, OH)

Silverline Fox Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
