UX Designer - research and testing (Columbus, OH)

Bluepeak Loom Insurance Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 970 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around premium billing that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in premium billing. • Experience running usability tests.
