UX Designer - research and testing (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Junction Financial is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer onboarding.
