UX Designer - research and testing (Colorado Springs, CO)

Northwind Quarry Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Colorado Springs serving households and small businesses, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a large organisation of about 932 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Design for tasks around loan files that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
