UX Designer - research and testing (Cincinnati, OH)

Highbridge Kestrel Markets serves neighbourhoods around Cincinnati with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in shrink and waste. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
