UX Designer - research and testing (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Meadow Community Partners and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in donor records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
