UX Designer - research and testing (Boston, MA)

Stonegate Iron Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Boston, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
