UX Designer - research and testing (Boise, ID)

Cedar Keystone Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Boise, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people based in Boise. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around exhibitions that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
