UX Designer - research and testing (Atlanta, GA)

Stonegate Willow Learning Group is an education provider in Atlanta serving students and families, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
