UX Designer - research and testing (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Fox Early Learning Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around licensing records that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in licensing records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
