UX Designer - research and testing (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Cedar Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 888 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around branch operations that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in branch operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
