UX Designer - patient portal (Colorado Springs, CO)

Highbridge Oak Health Group is a small group of primary-care clinics in Colorado Springs serving around 20,000 patients. Our patient portal is confusing, and patients tell us so. We are hiring a full-time UX designer to fix it. What you will do • Interview patients and front-desk staff about booking, results and billing. • Redesign the portal's key flows and test them with a mix of ages and abilities. • Work with our developers to ship improvements every few weeks. What we are looking for • Two or more years in UX, ideally on health or service products. • Solid grasp of accessibility standards and readable, plain content. Full-time, on site in Colorado Springs.
