UX Designer - mobile flows (Wichita, KS)

Silverline Corner Medical Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
