UX Designer - mobile flows (Wichita, KS)

Rivermark Fox Pharma develops and makes medicines in Wichita, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
