UX Designer - mobile flows (Virginia Beach, VA)

Clearpath Bright Press Group produces print and digital publications in Virginia Beach, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around paper stock that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in paper stock. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
