UX Designer - mobile flows (Virginia Beach, VA)

Highbridge Quarry Health runs clinics and patient services around Virginia Beach, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
