UX Designer - mobile flows (Tulsa, OK)

Nova West Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Tulsa serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around loan files that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
