UX Designer - mobile flows (Tulsa, OK)

Summit Pike Learning Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 958 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around learning materials that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in learning materials. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
