UX Designer - mobile flows (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Basin Health Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in electronic records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
