UX Designer - mobile flows (Toledo, OH)

Nova Ashton Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Toledo with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in card disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
