UX Designer - mobile flows (Toledo, OH)

Clearpath Iron Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings.
