UX Designer - mobile flows (St. Louis, MO)

Westbrook Glen Health Group runs clinics and patient services around St. Louis, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in patient scheduling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
