UX Designer - mobile flows (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight Fox Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around St. Louis, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around customer complaints that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
