UX Designer - mobile flows (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Amber Medical and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
