UX Designer - mobile flows (St. Louis, MO)

Bluepeak Quarry Transit Planning helps transport agencies around St. Louis design routes and schedules. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in service alerts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
