UX Designer - mobile flows (St. Louis, MO)

Amberfield Kestrel Press Partners is a printer and publisher in St. Louis serving local and national clients, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around customer orders that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
