UX Designer - mobile flows (Spokane, WA)

Westbrook Lantern Learning Group is an education provider in Spokane serving students and families. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
