UX Designer - mobile flows (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Cobalt Pharma and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
