UX Designer - mobile flows (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Meadow Press and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
