UX Designer - mobile flows (Spokane, WA)

Cedar Clear Health is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
