UX Designer - mobile flows (Spokane, WA)

Greenridge Fox Learning Group is an education provider in Spokane serving students and families, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Design for tasks around learning materials that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
